T DRILL TEC-150-8 HD is the most powerful collaring machine for Schedule 40 pipes. Collars can be opened on run pipes up to 168.3 mm (6'') in length with wall thicknesses up to 12.7 mm (0.5''). Larger branch size Ø 219.1 mm (8”) max. Limited to 6.3 mm (0.248”) wall thickness.

The TEC-150 HD Collar Release Station is now more powerful and easier to transport than ever before. The entire process, from pilot hole milling to a full taper branch, can be performed in a single workstation.

Collars can be formed in most ductile materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper/nickel, brass and aluminum. Depending on the material thickness and elongation, collars can be made for SCH 40 pipes according to the capacity table shown in the Technical Data.
