The S-54 Collaring Machine with Automatic Feeding Table (AFT) provides a collaring solution to automatically open collars (manifolds, collection pipes) in the 6–54 mm (¼” – 2⅛”) range.

The S-54 Automatic Collaring Machine meets most ever-present requirements in HVAC and Automotive applications. T-DRILL has been manufacturing collaring machines for over 30 years and is the worldwide industry standard for pipe branching.

The S-54 produces quality collars in diameters up to 54 mm (2⅛”) in copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and other formable materials.

A range of equipment and automated systems are available for pipe positioning. It is possible to start with a standalone S-54 and then add pipe feeding equipment for more efficient production. A manual or an Automatic Feeding Table is available as well as the fully automatic S-54 TBC (Pipe Branching System).
