Option Feature:

The ICC2 step tightening option allows reaching the target in multiple steps. Widely used for complex automotive hoses that crimp every fitting in the assembly. It also allows different parameters for each step.

Other applications for incremental compression include:

• Products with large size reductions (start and end size)
• Materials that tend to collapse or flow between die sets
• Products with high spring back
• Need for extra smooth curling surface.
