The Intelligent Die Rack is designed to eliminate human errors in the die set changing process. The Intelligent Die Rack locks out all die sets and allows the user to get only the correct die set required by the ICC control. The correct die set and the empty die set holder are illuminated to facilitate operation. Combine the Smart Changing Cabinet with other advanced ICC quality controllers and your production is one step closer to being bulletproof. The Smart Die Rack is designed for 32 series die sets only and requires ICC control.
