Semi-automatic unit for the production of small volume T-DRILL collars

The T-DRILL HFT-2000 Manual Feed Tray is a hand operated device for use with the T-DRILL T-35 or T-65 collaring machines.

Bent pipes can also be fixed to the table.

The standard version is for 2000 mm (79”) long pipes. The capacity of the main HFT machine can be increased with optional, easy-to-install 2000 mm (79”) extension modules. The main HFT machine can be extended with as many modules as needed.

With the HFT 2000 you can produce twenty 28 mm (NS 1'') spouts in less than ten minutes without moving the tube. This device can also be used for short pipe lengths by attaching the appropriate clamping systems to the feed table. The T-65 HFT machine can cut 8–54 mm (NS ¼” – 2″) catches in 15–114 mm (NS ½” – 4″) run pipes.

The following additional modules are optionally available:

Rotating Module
The rotating module is an option when opening collars at different angles. The rotating standard module has 15 degree intervals. Any other angle range is possible when using a different template. Changing templates when needed is easy and fast.

Measuring Module
The optional measuring module increases the usability of the HFT when making individual collars on mixed size products. The measuring module shows the distance on a digital display. 

IPC Module
Hand-Feeding Table (HFT) main unit pneumatically to open 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm (NS 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″) “IPC-collars” with fixed pipes It can also be equipped with an Internal Stapling Unit (IPC) operated.
