IPC Internal Stapling Machine

The Internal Punching Unit (IPC) is a pneumatically operated collar release unit for opening 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm “IPC-collars” with fixed tools. IPC-collars provide the best possible flow characteristics.

The IPC module works as a “stand-alone” solution or in conjunction with the Manual Feed Tray HFT-2000. The IPC will take advantage of the mechanics in the table, including two axial templates for different manifold setup. The IPC unit always requires tooling for a certain size.

If HFT-2000 and T-DRILL T-35 or T-65 collaring machine are placed on the same feeding table, both solutions will work in parallel in the system, providing the most suitable collar. If some special collar sizes are required, the T-DRILL unit can be adjusted within a few minutes to open the required size.
