Technical Specifications
The hand measuring table is used for controlled, accurate movements of the tube in both angular and axial directions. It is possible to accurately define both the distance and the angle position between the measuring table and two collars, or between the starting point and a collar.
There are two standard lengths available: 3,000 mm (95”) and 6,000 mm (118”).
Pipe Measuring Table 3000
- Manual positioning system for 3,000 mm (95'') run pipe
- Diameters from 28–330 mm (1⅛ – 12”) and min. 3 x D.C. and max. For pipes up to 3,000 mm (95”) long
Positioning Tolerances:
- length +/- 0.5 mm (machine); +/- 1.0mm (pipe)
- angle +/- 0.5º (machine); +/- 1.0º (pipe)
- Longitudinal position and angle position can be seen from digital readout
Pipe Positioning Table 6000
- Manual positioning system for 6,000 mm (118'') run pipe
- Diameters from 28–330 mm (1⅛ – 12”) and min. 3 x D.C. and max. For 6,000 mm (118”) long pipes
Positioning Tolerances:
- length +/- 0.5 mm (machine); +/- 1.0mm (pipe)
- angle +/- 0.5º (machine); +/- 1.0º (pipe)
- Longitudinal position and angle position can be seen from digital readout
