S-54 TBC (Pipe Branch Bench) is an automatic, advanced collaring system. It is used for the automatic production of manifolds to optimize floor space. This system comes with PC-controls and is fully programmable with 2-axis motion controls. An optional barcode reader can be added to the control to read production data and select the correct program.

Pipe is connected to Pipe Branch Bench at both ends. A suitable collaring program is selected from the PC controls and the automatic cycle is started. TBC opens all collars according to the selected program.

– Interactive, user-friendly program for entering collar release parameters.
– Collar release features can be stored on the hard drive

Clamping tools (for running pipes)
– Clamping tools are changed every time the diameter of the operated pipe changes.
– Clamps for both pipe ends, including fittings.
