T-115 Collaring Machine and Pipe Measuring Table

The T-115 measuring table is used for controlled and precisely sized transfers of pipes in angular and axial directions. Using the measuring table it is possible to accurately estimate both the distance and the angle span between two collars (or between the origin and collar). The measuring table is suitable for pipe sizes in the range of Ø33.7–323.9 mm (1⅛–8''). The maximum pipe length is 3 000 (95”) or 6000 mm (118”).

Pipe Measuring Table 3000

• Manual measuring system for the run pipe
• Diameters in the range of Ø33.7–323.9 mm (1⅛–8'') and min. 3 x D.C. and max. For lengths of 3,000 mm (95”) 

Positioning tolerances:

• length +/- 0.5 mm (machine); +/- 1.0mm (pipe)
• angle +/- 0.5º (machine); +/- 1.0º (pipe)

• Longitudinal position and angle position digital
  can be viewed without reading.

• Manual measuring system for the run pipe
• Diameters in the range of Ø33.7–323.9 mm (1⅛–8'') and min. 3 x D.C. And max. For lengths of 6 000 mm (118”)

  Positioning tolerances:

  • length +/- 0.5 mm (machine); +/- 1.0mm (pipe)
  • angle +/- 0.5º (machine); +/- 1.0º (pipe)
• The longitudinal position and angle position can be seen from the digital readout.
