Portable Heavy Duty Collaring Machine for T-65 SS Stainless Steel Pipes

Powerful T-DRILL T-65 SS, 17-54 mm (3/8'' – 2'' OD) in operated main pipes up to 300 mm (4'' OD) in just a few minutes. It is an ideal, portable solution for making T elbow connections of different sizes. While the T-65 SS offers a quality comparable to commercially available T elbow joints, profits will increase as the costs of cutting the pipe, two welded joints and assembly are eliminated.

If pipe polishing is required at the welding points, the T-65 SS will reduce this as well as any inspection cost. The branch pipe can be connected to a formed outlet by orbital welding or manual welding.

Ergonomically designed machine is easy and convenient to use as it has two handles; the upper handle is used for drilling and the other for lateral movement of the guide hole. This feature minimizes the amount of force required to perform the operation and makes the collaring process extremely effortless for the user.
