The TEC-150 HD is the most powerful collaring machine for Schedule 40 pipes. Collars can be opened on pipes with a wall thickness of up to 12.7 mm (0.5''). The maximum collar size is Ø 168.1 mm (6”). For Schedule 40 pipes, this means that collars can be released on operated pipes up to Ø 406.4 mm (16”). Larger Schedule 40 pipes have a greater wall thickness.

The entire process, from pilot hole milling to a full slope branch, can be performed in a single workstation.
